Creating and sending newsletters is now quick and easy.
You can now navigate around your account with just a few keystrokes! The new Quick Action menu will get you where you need to go in seconds – with two clicks or without a keyboard.
What is Quick Action Menu (aka Quick Menu)?
Quick Action Menu is a popup menu with shortcuts that take you directly to where you need to go in your AWeber account. Want to create a new message, add subscribers, or review your campaign? You can go there directly using the quick menu.
The menu will also show you keyboard shortcuts that you can easily use to get around your account.
Click on the “Quick Menu” in your side navigation or select the command (⌘) + K on your keyboard.
Then use one of the three ways you can use the new Quick Menu to navigate around your account.
- Keyboard shortcuts
- Quickly scroll the menu
- Quickly search for menus
In the Quick menu, a shortcut keystroke is listed next to each action. For example, “Create a message” is associated with “Shift + M”.
This means that typing “Shift + M” will immediately prompt you to create a new message as shown above.
These keystroke shortcuts will only work when you are on a dashboard screen. Once in the message or landing page editor (or in the quick menu search function) “Shift + M” will simply act as the capitalized M.
Learn them and navigate your account like a professional (saves a lot of time in the long run).
Here is a list of keyboard shortcuts:

You can scroll to see options like “Go to Messages”, “Create a Landing Page” and more.
Click on one of these options and you will be taken to the appropriate page. So, for example, if you select “Create a message”, you’ll find yourself in a new drag-and-drop message with the latest template you choose.
Do you know exactly what action you want? Search it instead of scrolling. Using the top search bar, you can search for keywords like “Message” or “Landing Page” and non-indirect keywords like “Email” and “Support”.
Quick menu will still get you where you need to go.
